The Institute is a subcontractor within the R&D project "HybridMeshMeet: development of a hybrid system for neighborhood relation detection based on mesh network for MILES industry" carried on by MEETLIFY Sp. z o.o. , supported by the NCBiR grant with the EU Regional Development Fund. The IITIS PAN carries out research on neighbourhood detection algorithms on mobile devices, data fusion, using the GPS, accelerometer, and digital compass, and for scalability evaluation.
