Participation of IITiS PAN in the Cluster of Quantum Technologies

We are very pleased to announce that at its meeting on November 18, 2022. Rada Klastra Q - Klastra Technologii Kwantowych accepted the Institute of Theoretical and Applied Informatics of the Polish Academy of Sciences as a member of the cluster. The tasks of Cluster Q are focused on developing the national potential inherent in quantum technologies, integrating Polish enterprises with scientific and research communities and building the future of the Polish quantum sector.

The Q Cluster - the Quantum Technologies Cluster is an organization established in May 2022 to combine and leverage the knowledge, competencies and resources of private enterprises, scientific and research and development units, as well as institutions surrounding the high-tech sector. The Cluster includes both private enterprises, universities and scientific institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

The Cluster includes universities: the University of Warsaw, Jagiellonian University, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, University of Gdansk, Wroclaw University of Technology and the Military University of Technology; as well as the Institute of Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Center for Theoretical Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Private sector is represented by the companies: Beit, Exatel, Fibrain, Nanores, ORCA COMPUTING, QNA Technology, Quantum Blockchains, Quantum Flytrap, Quantum Optical Technologies, Sequre Quantum; Syderal Polska, and ResQuant.
