On the last Friday of the summer holidays, an integration meeting of employees of the Institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences took place in the form of a garden picnic.

The event was attended not only by employees of our Institute, but also by colleagues from the Instytutu Podstaw Inżynierii Środowiska PAN in Zabrze, Instytutu Inżynierii Chemicznej PAN, and Centrum Materiałów Polimerowych i Węglowych PAN. It was a unique opportunity to exchange thoughts on science and research areas in the beautiful natural surroundings – this time in a more informal atmosphere.

The program of the meeting included a poster session presenting ongoing projects and research results, as well as an artistic part.

We sincerely thank all participants for their presence and active involvement. Meetings of this kind not only foster the integration of the scientific community but also strengthen cooperation between institutes.
