The Institute of Theoretical and Applied Computer Science of the Polish Academy of Sciences and co.brick with NCRD funding for an innovative project supporting application maintenance and diagnostics for IT Start-ups.

The Institute of Theoretical and Applied Informatics of the Polish Academy of Sciences, in consortium with co.brick, has received funding from the National Center for Research and Development for a research and development project entitled “Advanced Application Maintenance and Diagnostics Tool for IT Start-ups” (Application Number: FENG.01.01-IP.01-A0GV/24 in the FENG SMART Consortia program). The aim of the project is to develop a virtual agent that will significantly facilitate small IT companies' application lifecycle management, supporting the diagnosis and resolution of problems and technical support processes. The project is planned to be implemented over 24 months.

The project will create innovative data analytics and advanced process automation solutions for proactive support and natural language interaction with users. The Project represents an opportunity for cooperation between science and business, combining the Institute's expertise with the practical experience of co.brick, which will create a solution ready for use in the rapidly growing technology industry in Poland and around the world.

The total cost of the Project is PLN 10,142,554.32, with funding of PLN 7,933,656.20.
