IITiS PAN joins IBM Quantum Innovation Center at Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center

We are exited to inform you that the Institute of Theoretical and Applied Informatics of the Polish Academy of Sciences has joined the IBM Quantum Innovation Center established by the Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center. The PSNC, affiliated with the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences, was the first institution in Central Europe to join the IBM Quantum Network in February 2022 as a Quantum Innovation Center. The premise of the project was to strengthen national competence in quantum computing and support the development of applications of this cutting-edge technology. The project provided cloud access to IBM quantum computers, on which computational experiments in various areas of scientific challenges were launched.
